Our garden is starting to wind down for the year. We had a fair number of warm days which helped the tomatoes and peppers along. If you had a good harvest of peppers, and like to use them is cooking through the winter months, try freezing them. We have found that if you dice and vacuum pack the peppers, they will stay fresh for many months in the freezer. Then, when you are ready to make your favorite Italian dishes this winter, just grab a bag of peppers from the freezer and enjoy!! Here’s hoping your fall harvest is bountiful!
