Hi, I’m Jeff.  I am employed as Vice President of Operations and R&D at ENCAP.  When I’m not overseeing production or working on new products for ENCAP, I like to spend time in my yard.  Gardening became a serious hobby for me a few years ago when I purchased a home in Green Bay that had awesome landscaping and gardens.  My challenge is to keep it up and looking beautiful.  Fortunately, my wife shares my passion for all things growing, and helps me with the upkeep.  Our lawn and gardens provide the perfect test ground for many of the items we make here at ENCAP!
