ENCAP's 2010 Best Flower Photo Contest Rules & Details |

Entry period: |
Entries will be accepted from March 1st, 2010 to October 1, 2010, ending at midnight CST. |

Entry Format: |
- Maximum size per JPEG image: 5MB
- If the image is larger than the size mentioned above, please compress the file to a maximum of 5MB before uploading.
- File format: JPEG only.
- All entries to be submitted electronically through the internet at ENCAP, LLC photo contest registration and upload page.

Entrant Criteria: |
- Only original photographs that have not been previously published, for which the entrant possesses all necessary rights will be accepted as valid entries.
- Photographs that have won awards or have been subjected to any previous form of judging process will not be accepted.
- Employees and family members of employees of ENCAP, LLC , its subsidiaries and its affiliates are not eligible for entry.
- ENCAP, LLC reserves the right to disqualify entries that violate any United States or other relevant Federal or State law or standard, and entries considered to be indecent.
- All entrants, particularly minors (those under the age of 18 in many jurisdictions), are responsible for ensuring their submission is in compliance with the legal requirements of their state and country.
- Contestant will be eligible for only one prize
- All entries to be submitted electronically through the internet at ENCAP, LLC photo contest registration and upload page.
- All entries become property of ENCAP, LLC. ENCAP, LLC has the right to use the photo and information supplied in online and print marketing and packaging materials.

Advice to Entrants: |
Please tell us as much as you can about your entry. Sure, every picture tells a thousand words, but we would like to hear your story! Please tell us if you know what plants and varieties are featured in your photo? If it's a garden shot, tell us how you designed it and why you've chosen the featured plants. Tell us anything that you think is important or unique about your shot. |

Judging and Announcements of Winners |
- Photo's will be judged by an independent panel of judges selected by ENCAP, LLC.
- Winners will be notified via e-mail in December of 2010 and will be listed on ENCAP's website.
- Winners may later be requested to submit high-resolution JPEG images for ENCAP's marketing and packaging purposes.
- Online Votes aren't considered by the independent panel of judges.
