Our neighbor sprinkler wasn't set up right and watered the lawn in the meddle of the day. While his lawn is completely burned now, luckily, mine is only partially burned. Is there any chance I can safe that part of my part of the lawn or do I have to seed again?

It really depends on if the roots are dead or the grass just burned out.  Some grasses go dormant and look dead but are really in a state of dormancy.

Thank you and Happy Gardening! ~ Sarah
